Our Story

Nexus Tech was founded on the belief that talent is universal, but opportunity is not always equally distributed. We observed a growing desire within the Hbesha-American community to enter the tech sector, coupled with a common challenge: where to begin without a technical degree or extensive experience. Many felt intimidated by the perceived complexity of the industry.

We created Nexus Tech to be that crucial link—a "nexus" for learning, connection, and career transformation. Our founders, rooted in both the tech world and the Ethiopian-American community, envisioned a platform that not only teaches essential technical skills but also provides the tailored career readiness support necessary to succeed in the competitive U.S. job market.
